DiDi Gallery has existed since 2003 and specializes in the unofficial art of Moscow and Leningrad in the second half of the 20th century. In addition to the “avant-garde of the second wave”, the gallery represents the work of some contemporary artists.
The gallery’s collection is composed of works by artists who have gone down in the history of Russian art and represented by both Russian and foreign museums, as well as leading auction houses in Europe and America.
Moscow artists whose works are in the gallery are Peter Belenok, Dmitry Krasnopevtsev, Vladimir Nemukhin, Mikhail Shvartsman and others.
Leningrad painting is represented by the Sterligov school (Alexander Baturin, Tatyana Glebova and other followers of the Sterligov system), by such artists as Leonid Borisov, Evgeny Mikhnov-Voitenko, Vyacheslav Mikhailov, Timur Novikov, Vladimir Ovchinnikov, Evgeny Rukhin, Elena Figurina and others.
All paintings purchased at DiDi Gallery are accompanied by documents for export abroad. Their delivery by mail to anywhere in the world is also processed.
