IMPERIAL RUSSIAN PORCELAIN PLATE WITH INITIALS
An Imperial Russian porcelain plate. The border of the plate is blue, the rims and cheeks are decorated with gilt hand-painted Neoclassical ornament. A gilt crowned initial A garnishes the center. It refers to Alexandra Feodorovna, the wife of Nicholas I, Russian emperor from 1825 to 1855. Crowned N I hallmark, Nicholas I, is on the backside. Manufactured by Imperial Porcelain Manufactory.
