An antique late 19th-century hand-tinted lithograph. After an original painting titled When Rome Was Mistress Of The World by Emanuel Oberhausen, 1854 to 1919, an Austrian academic painter. The artwork represents a Neoclassical multi-figure scene with dancers and musicians entertaining people at a feast. Ornate wooden frame. Classical European Fine Art, Graphic Art For Collectors.
