RUSSIAN 88 GILT SILVER RUBY ENAMEL CROSS PENDANT
A Russian Orthodox 88 gilt silver and enamel pendant. The pendant is made in a shape of a cross with a Monomakhs cap on the top. The cross was made in memory of the 300th anniversary of the reign of the Romanov dynasty. The exterior is enameled with a cross, floral and geometrical patterns in green, white and cobalt blue shades. The pendant is encrusted with Ruby stones. Features three dangling pearls below. Marked with a standard Russian Silver hallmark, a makers mark and other Cyrillic hallmarks on the backside and on the fitting ring.
