RUSSIAN SOVIET YURI GAGARIN DAUGHTER AUTOGRAPH PHOTO
A Russian Soviet era black and white photograph depicting a portrait photo of Yuri Gagarins daughter in childhood. The photo is signed by Yuri Gagarin, lower left, on the front side. Inscribed, to Lenochka Nikeryasova from Lena Gagarina, dated, April 20, 1961, and signed by Gagarins wife, Valentina Gagarina, on the backside. Yuri Alekseyevich Gagarin was a Soviet Air Forces pilot and cosmonaut who became the first human to journey into outer space, achieving a major milestone in the Space Race; his capsule, Vostok 1, completed one orbit of Earth on 12 April 1961.
