Refers to the iconographic types of Hodegetria and Eleus, or Tenderness. Mixed media painting: egg tempera, gesso, levkas, gilded on a wood board. Titled in Church Slavonic, lower to the center, and upper right and left. Circa: 19th century. The name Korsun indicates the Byzantine, Greek origin of the icon.
