RUSSIAN JUDAICA 84 GILT SILVER ENAMEL TORAH POINTER
A Russian Judaica 84 gilt Silver Torah pointer. The end of the piece is a palm with an extended index finger. The handle is covered with polychrome foliage, geometrical, and scrollwork ornaments made in the Cloisonne technique. The end of the handle is decorated with a large purple cabochon. Marked with a Silver standard hallmark, and a makers mark. Torah pointer is a Jewish religious item used to point to the text during the Torah reading.
