19TH C INDIAN HAND EMBROIDERED KASHMIR PAISLEY SHAWL
An antique Indian Kashmir wool textile shawl. The shawl is adorned with a classic hand embroidered paisley pattern, a hallmark of traditional Kashmiri craftsmanship. The borders are decorated with hand embroidered floral and foliage ornaments. Signed with embroidery. The shawl features colorful fringes to the edges. Dates to the late 19th century.
