Boris Aleksandrovich Brinskih, Russian, Soviet, 1924 to 1998, an oil painting on canvas, Old City (Bukhara), 1948. Signed in the Cyrillic and dated lower right. Additionally signed, titled, dated and inscribed on the back. Framed. Boris Brinskih was a painter, graphic artist, professor. His paintings are perceived as bright, vivid scenes from the peoples life: adobe houses, majestic plane trees, silvery-green poplars. Favorite motives - the old city of Tashkent, its streets, surrounding gardens and mosques. One of a kind artwork.
