The reverse surface is embellished with Neo Russian style patterns created in shaded polychrome enamel using the cloisonne technique. The stem of the spoons features a twisted rope design and enameled in the same technique. Each piece is hallmarked with an 88 Russian silver standard and with a Cyrillic makers mark.
