RUSSIAN SILVER ENAMEL AND CARVED AGATE VASE IN BOX
A Russian hand carved honey agate and silver vase with two figural handles. The border and the base are covered with polychrome floral and foliage patterns made in the Cloisonne technique. The handles are made in the shape of a head of a griffin, adorned with engraved detailed patterns. The base is mounted on four enameled legs. Marked with a standard silver hallmark, a makers mark, and other marks. Presented in a fitting wooden box with a clasp.
