ANTIQUE 19TH CEN FRENCH GILT BRONZE CLOCK W CHERUB - An antique French 19th century gilt bronze table clock features a detailed and elegant design. The clock case is rectangular with a circular dial at its center. The dial is enameled and painted with flower garlands. A sculptural figure of a cherub with curly hair and wings, standing beside the clock and resting one arm on it. A bow and a quiver of arrows are depicted on the top of the clock. The clocks base is ornamented with a floral motif and the clock stands on small, decorative feet. The clock mechanism is visible under the clock. Comes with a small key.
