9k gold, 900/1000 silver. Mounted with a ''fly'' embellished with a turquoise cabochon, a glass paste and four rubies on the wings, the fly is connected to the stem by a small ring, which allows the small insect to move back and forth, simulating its flight. Hallmarked '750 - 154 BO'.
