Genuine Blue Topaz Pendant. This is an 18 karat yellow gold horseshoe-shaped slide style pendant that features an approximate 9 mm x 7 mm Swiss Blue Topaz with a fancy-cut and sugarloaf-faceted top. The gemstone is bezel-set with a fixed jump ring/bail that has an approximate 3 mm opening. The pendant is approximately 3/8" diameter. This is a preowned, estate item in excellent condition.
