The basis of the composition is a golden steering wheel covered with enamel with the inscription: ”SECOND BATTALION / N.M. N.Y.”. A small gold pendant in the form of a propeller is attached to the steering wheel from below. Marked on the reverse with the manufacturer's stamp and ”SOLID GOLD” stamp. Weight: 0.3 oz., 8 g.
