A RUSSIAN CAUCASIAN CROSS BADGE, ALEXANDER II
A Russian 'Caucasian Cross' was established by Alexander II on June 12th, 1864 on wording 'who has ever served in the ranks of the brave Caucasian army and participated in military operations against the rebellious mountaineers of the Caucasus'. The crossed brass swords are mounted to enameled cross. The Russian Imperial Eagle to the central circle of the item. Letters: 'AII", '1864', 'for the service in the Caucasus (Russian).
