"Dancing Peasant"
Popov Factory, late 19th century.
Naturalistically modeled as a dancing peasant dressed in a grey caftan with crimson trim and a striped belt, with a crimson cap in his raised left hand, with orange mittens on his hands and trousers with blue and white stripes wearing bast shoes.
Marked with an underglaze incised factory.
