SAGI-BARBA EMILIO: (1876-1949) - SAGI-BARBA EMILIO: (1876-1949) Spanish Baritone and Composer. A leading Zarzuela Singer. A very fine signed and inscribed autograph musical quotation ` Recuerdo afectuoso E. Sagi-Barba´, one page, small 8vo card, Barcelona 30 th November 1924, in Spanish. Sagi-Barba has cleanly penned a two bars musical quote, which he entitles ` El Desterrado´ (“The Exiled”), adding also beneath the voice words ` En un rincon de mi Patria´ (“In a corner of my Homeland”) in his hand. To the upper right corner a small circular paper photograph, showing a portrait of Sagi-Barba, is affixed previous to his inscription and signature. VG   El Desterrado is a zarzuela and Sagi-Barba´s best-known work.
