A.L.S., ` A Rodin´ , one page, 8vo, [Meudon], n.d., on his printed stationery, bearing his printed address at 182 Rue de l'Université, Paris, to Mr. Cheret, in French., Rodin invites his correspondent to meet him at his workshop and sends him all kind of explanations to be able to reach easily his location, stating ` Voulez-vous venir à l´atelier vendredi. Voila qui serait mieux de venir à Meudon, soit que vous prenez la gare St. Lazare 9h moins cinq minutes je crois. Descendre à Moulineaux à 9h1/2. Je serai là. Nous voyons mes plâtres et revenons à l´atelier après avoir déjeuné ensemble s´il le faut…´ (Translation: ` Do you want to come to the workshop on Friday. That would be better to come to Meudon, that means you take it at the St. Lazare train station, five minutes before 9h I believe. Get off at Moulineaux at 9h30. I will be there.
