France announces ‘Vous ne m'avez pas fache et je vous aime beaucoup’ (Translation: ‘You didn’t make me angry and I love you very much’ ) and continues to explain that the flu had caused his silence, but that he is better now and will be happy to see Hebrard soon, further remarking ‘Quant a l'allocation aux etudiants, je vous assure bien que je n'ai ai communique le texte a aucun journal.
