HINAULT BERNARD: (1954- ) French former professional road cyclist. Hinault won five times the Tour de France. He is widely considered among the greatest cyclists of all time. In his career, Hinault entered a total of thirteen Grand Tours, finishing in 2nd place on two occasions and winning the other ten, putting him one behind Merckx for the all-time record.
