SEAMAN RICHARD: (1913-1939) British motor racing driver, winner of the 1938 German Grand Prix with the Mercedes-Benz team. A rare vintage signed sepia 5.5 x 3.5 postcard photograph of Seaman in a head and shoulders pose with his goggles around his neck. Signed in fountain pen ink with his name alone to the lower border. Autographs of Seaman are rare in any form as a result of his tragic death at the young age of 26 following a crash at the 1939 Belgian Grand Prix.
