Baruch Agadati, a virtuoso dancer. Tel-Aviv: "Hedim", 1925. A very impressive book, in album-format, about the artistic activity of the dancer and the painter Baruch Agadati, one of the film making and dancing pioneers in Eretz Israel and a prominent figure in the cultural life of Tel-Aviv in the 1920s and 1930s. Three essays appear in the book: "Harkod VeHarked" by Asher Barash; "Omanuto shel Baruch Agadati" by Yitzchak Katz; "Rikudav shel Baruch Agadati" by Menashe Rabinovitz (Rabina) as well as thirty two reproductions of good quality featuring photos of dancers, illustrations and sketches of dancers' figures. Numbered edition 16/100. Binding Crafted by Elhanan Hefetz with a print by Pinchas Litvinowsky. Good condition, wear to cover, lightly stained. Small tear to the spine. Rare.
