Queen Anne Mahogany and Maple Porringer-Top Table
A Queen Anne Mahogany and Maple Porringer-Top Table, 18th Century and Later. The shaped top raised on turned tapered legs, ending in pad feet.
Dimensions: Height 26 1/4in; width 24 1/2in; depth 20 1/4in.
Provenance: Property from a Bucks County, Pennsylvania Collection.
Condition:
The surface is refinished overall. With significant restorations and repairs throughout. The mahogany top is later. Repairs to returns, replaced glue blocks to the underside. Several joints re-pinned. Two pad feet with spliced repairs. General marks, nicks, wear, scuffs and surface scratches overall.
