Letter dated 1921, addressed to Rabbi Avraham Tzvi Perlmutter, Rosh Beth Din of Warsaw, requesting him to assist R. Menachem Mendel Kremer, London, to obtain the necessary entry permits from British consular officials to travel to London to take up the position of Chazan of the Machzikei Hadass community.

Rabbi Chaim Ozer Grodzenski (1863-1940), son of Rabbi David Shlomo – Rabbi of Iwie and son-in-law of (I) Rabbi Eliyahu Eliezer Grodzenski of Vilna (son-in-law of Rabbi Yisrael Salanter) and (II) Rabbi Meir Atlas of Shavel. Appointed Rabbi in Vilna in 1885 and gradually became recognised as the principal rabbinical leader of Lithuanian Jewry and one of the greatest Torah personalities of the pre-WWII era. Author of Achiezer.

Rabbi Avraham Tzvi Perlmutter (1843-1930), leading Polish rabbi. Rabbi of Radom (1886), and Rosh Beth Din of Warsaw (1902). Author of Damesek Eliezer, founder member of Agudas Yisrael and one of its deputies in the Polish parliament.
