SIDDUR USED BY RABBI BARUCH HAGER, THE SERET-VIZHNITZER REBBE, AUTHOR OF MEKOR BARUCH.
Siddur Daas Kedoshim with commentaries of Rabbi Avraham David of Butschatch, together with Noam Megadim by Rabbi Meir Teomim and and Derech Hachaim by Rabbi Yaakov of Lissa.
This Siddur belonged to Rabbi Avraham Dov Gelberman of Klausenburg, who gave it as a gift to the Rebbe of Seret-Vizhnitz before WWII, when he served as Rabbi of Seret. The Rebbe’s stamp is on the flyleaf, title page and on other pages.
This well-worn Siddur was used by the Rebbe before WWII, during the tragic war years and almost to the end of his life, and in this Siddur he poured out his heartfelt tearful prayers to the Creator on behalf of the Jewish People.
A rare Siddur used by a famous tzadik renowned for his heartfelt prayers.
