On the back of the title page is an endorsement by Rabbi Yehoshua Ehrenreich, son of the Av Beit Din of Șimleu, Rabbi Shlomo Zalman Ehrenreich, who signed his approbation with words characteristic of the period: “For the seeds of life throughout the land.”
