Ateret Rosh, on Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur and Malchuyot/Zichronot/Shofrot, by the Admor Dov Beer Schneersohn of Lubavitch, the Mittler Ebbe.
As the Rebbe wrote in his introduction to this edition, this was published by the Rebbe upon the orders of the Rayatz after the Shoah and is part of a series of Chabad printings by Kehat in Munich. This edition is a facsimile of the Johannesburg edition.
