«В.М. Александр II император и самодерж. ВсеРос./ За спасение погибавших». Диаметр 2,9 см.
На поверхности патина, потертости, царапины, забоины. Есть след запила на гурте. Общее состояние хорошее.
Учреждена в 1809г. Медалями награждали «за человеколюбивые подвиги» — спасение людей во время пожаров, утопавших, во время стихийных бедствий и т. п.
