At the beginning of the book 15 [!] Approbations of the great Chassidic masters and the greatest in his generation, who praise his special explanation in Kabbalah (some of the author's agreements were given in the author's life, but were printed here for the first time).

The author, Rabbi Baruch Magid Misharim of Kosov (d. 1782), of the first generation of Chassidic masters, disciple of Rabbi Menachem Mendel of Prismelin (disciple of the Baal Shem Tov), and student of the Maggid of Mezritch. Author of "Amud Ha'Avodah" (Tchernovitz, 1854), in which he explained the concepts of Kabbalah in an equal manner to all people.

The book contains stamps of Rabbi Ya'akov Yisrael Shmerler of Jerusalem and Rabbi Moshe Meir Shmerler - grandsons of the Admor Rabbi Chaim Avraham of Mikolayev, son-in-law and successor to the Admor Rabbi Meir of Primishllan. Rabbi Ya'akov Yisrael was one of the most important Chassidim of Sanz in Jerusalem.
