Responsa Muzal Me'Esh By Rabbi Ya'akov Alfandari. With comments by Rabbi Zussman Sofer, Av Beit Din of Halash Pressburg, 1878. First edition of the book with the notes above.
A privileged copy: On the other side of the title page -stamp stamped by Rabbi Eliezer Sussman Sofer of Hungary, together with Rabbi Yeshayahu Zilberstein of Vizen and Rabbi Akiva Yosef Schlesinger.
On title page are ownership stamps of Rabbi Ben Tzion Wezel Av Beit Din of Turda and his son-in-law Rabbi Yosef Adler, with two beautiful glosses in handwriting of Rabbi Ben Zion Wez'el.
At the end of the book is an inscription that the book belongs to "the great light Rabbi Shlomo Yehuda ...".
Rabbi Ben Zion Wazel, Av Beit Din of Torda, served as Rabbi of Torda in Transylvania for thirty-six years and was ordained by Rabbi Hanania Yom Tov Lipa Teitelbaum, author of Kedushat Yomtov.
Rabbi Yosef Adler of Torda [1884-1976. Otzar HaRabbanim 8118. The Chatam Sofer and his Disciples,p. 577] grandson of Rabbi Ya'akov Meir Zvi Friedlander, Av Beit Din of Shuran. Student of Rabbi Akiva Sofer Rabbi of Pressburg - author of "Da'at Sofer", son of the "Shevet Sofer". He was the son-in-law of Rabbi Benzion Vesel, Av Beit Din of Torda, and served in the rabbinic court of Torda, and in the city of Shesburg, and immigrated to Eretz Israel in 1950 and settled in Jerusalem.
