A letter about Halacha by Rav Chaim Berlin. He discusses the Minhag of Washing before Karpas at the Seder which is not mentioned in the Mishna, and related matters. At the end of the letter he expresses his joy in discussing Tora matters and his deep feelings for the person getting the letter and adds more remarks on the subjects.
'תמו רגעי שעשועיי עם מעכתר"ה חביבי הרה"ג שיחיה, אך אהבתינו לעד לא תיתום, ולנצח לא תימוט'.
The letter was sent to his friend and relative Rav Josef David Roshkin-Shachor, Rav of Antopol and Siemiatycze.
