Each page hand signed in ink by Meir Gur-Arie (1891-1951).

Matted, very good condition.
The Grand Mills was founded in 1921 by the Baron de Rothschild, in order to buy wheat grown in Palestine by Jews and thus help farmers make a living by working the land. The produce was intended for sale in Palestine and abroad. The mill building in Haifa was amongst the biggest structures in Palestine. It became active in 1923, and quickly became known for the quality of its flour.
