The Admor Rabbi Eliezer Hager of Vizhnitz (1891-1946): was the son of the Ahavat Yisrael of Vizhnitz and the son-in-law of the Rav of Kopitshnitz. Served as Rav and Rosh Yeshiva of Vizhnitz and as Admor after his father's passing. In 1944, immigrated to Eretz Yisrael and began reestablishing the Vizhnitz Chassidut. Several months later, however, he became sick until he passed away. His Torah appears in the Damesek Eliezer books.
