Rabbi Raphael Ullman (1966 - 1976), son of the Gaon Rabbi Avraham Ullman, Abd of Kanbach and author of the Beit Avraham Correspondence, bought his Torah from Maran the 'Ketab Sofer' and in 1869 was appointed a 'Pivot' in the Jewish Congress.
Specifications: [1] A sheet of paper folded in half each part 24.5 / 29 cm., two written pages and on the third page appears the name of the recipient, his address and official signatures of the postman with the remains of a red wax seal, at the top of the letter appears a relief with the name and family of Rabbi Raphael in English.
Condition: very good, signs of folding, a tear in the margin of the title page without damage to the text.
