With an approbation from Meir Kristanfuller of Brody, Rabbi Moshe Tzvi Hirsch Meizlish, Rabbi Yissachar Dov MiGeza Tzvi, Rabbi Avraham Moshe of Pshevorsk, and Rabbi Menachem Mendel of Brod.
R. Amrom Yishai Segal Bilitzer (died 1889) was from a distinguished rabbinical family. He served as Rav in Serench until his passing when he was succeeded by his son R. Pinchos.
