Nice Long Letter from the gaon Rabbi Chaim Shamuel Schor abd Bucharest and Rav in Romania
Rabbi Chaim Shamuel Schor. Son of Rabbi Yitzchak Eizik Schor abd Bucharest, from Poskim of the generation renowned as a great expert in the subject of Gitin. Author of 'Toldot Adam', 'Tiferet Adam', 'Chok HaDayanim', and more. Rabbi Chaim Shamuel was born in 1871, from 1893 he was abd of Bucharest, after he stood at the head of the Orthodox Jewish group who separated from the Beit HaKnesset HaKorali (Temple Coral) of Budapest, of which Rav Dr. Meir Beck stood at its head, and founded a separate community in a smaller Beit Knesset. Rabbi Yitzchak E. Schor tryed to gather all Orthodox Jews of Romania. He joined the first Knessia HaGedola of Agudat Yisrael in 1923.
