Vetutnev Georgy Filippovich (1903 - 1960). Vetutnev Georgy Filippovich (1903 - 1960).
He studied at the Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture of the All-Russian Academy of Arts in St. Petersburg (1931-1938) at the Faculty of Sculpture (under M. G. Manizer). The author of many sculptures, such as: "Football player", "Deer", "Setter", "Fighter", "Tchaikovsky P.I.", "N.A. Nekrasov on the bench" (for LFZ), tombstones of A.N. Krylov (1948), the monument "Tank-winner" (1950, St. Petersburg, architect V.A. Kamensky).
Participated in exhibitions since 1945. His works are in the Museum of the Academy of Arts in St. Petersburg, the Small Hall of the Leningrad Philharmonic, the Volgograd Museum of Defense.
