Mishin Valery Andreevich (b. 1939).

 In 1962 he graduated from the Sverdlovsk Art College, in 1968 - the painting department of the Leningrad Higher Art School named after. Mukhina. Member of the Union of Artists of Russia, member of the International Federation of Artists of UNESCO. One of the greatest masters of contemporary art. Engaged in easel, book and printed graphics, painting, objects, installations, ex-libris. Since 1966, he has taken part in more than 300 exhibitions in Moscow, St. Petersburg and other cities of Russia, as well as abroad - in Warsaw, Ghent, London, Mainz, Mexico City, Paris, Stockholm, etc. More than 20 of them are personal, including including in the Central Exhibition Hall "Manege". Some of his illustrations are made in the traditional manner, others are clearly conceptual, others are created using the method declared by the artist, which he called "ReRealism", or "Residual Realism" (from the English "ReRe" - "Residual Realism"), when the artist makes prints from real objects, plants, fish and creates a variety of compositions, translating these objects into the plane of a paper sheet.
