Hepworth sends her friend her fondest love and good wishes for Christmas and the New Year and continues to reflect on the past year, '….1967 has been cruel. I got better from pleurisy & then fell & broke my thigh very badly & have been in & out of hospital for 6 months. Apart from the pain - the frustration has been awful. I am hoping I will be able to walk by next Feb!', further asking for news of Forma ('tho' I don't deserve it') and concluding 'My big Ex[hibition] at the Tate opens next April.
