The peanut shape spice compartment is made with a hinged door to allow the insertion of the spices and decorated with scroll ornaments.
The spice compartment is topped with 4 eagles and set with four dangling bells.
Fully hallmarked for London, England, dated 1930, maker's mark for Rosenzweig, Taitelbaum & Co.
The conical upper part is topped with a large pennant (also marked).Set on a circular base.
