An entrance sign to a Jewish home in Wolsztyn - Poland under Nazi occupation. 1940s

A wooden plaque divided according to families, which was hung at the entrance to a building where Jews lived in Wolsztyn, Poland, during the Nazi occupation.

A wooden panel for a building at 10 Konieezynska Street in Wolsztyn - a city in western Poland that was occupied by the Nazis in 1939. The city had a large Jewish community, most of whom perished in the Holocaust. One of the names on the sign is the name of Zofia Benebesel, the wife of Kazimierz Benebesel who perished in 1943. Sofia owned a tailors' shop on Koshilna Street. The names of other Jews also appear (Maksymilian Pierzchalski Born 1904) - four names in total.

Wooden sign with sliding handles that can be pulled out from the side. The wooden boards are protected by glass. An authentic and rare item from the period of Nazi rule.
