REICHA ANTON: (1770-1836) Czech-born French Composer. A lifelong friend of Beethoven. A renowned teacher, some of his pupils included Liszt, Berlioz and Franck. Reicha refused to publish his music during his lifetime. A.L.S., `Reicha´, two pages, small 8vo, [Paris], 16th October 1833, to Monsieur Messemachers fils, Rue Montholon, Paris, in French. Reicha states `I inform you that my Dramatic Composition Class has been published; you will find it at my own home. I also wish to talk to you; come to see me for a moment, before or after dinner.
