GOULD CHESTER: (1900-1985) American Cartoonist, creator of the Dick Tracy comic strip. An excellent, original vintage signed and inscribed black pen and ink drawing by Gould, one page, 4to, Woodstock, Illinois, n.d., on an attractive sheet of Dick Tracy printed stationery featuring an image of the police detective communicating via his two-way wrist radio. To the centre of the page Gould has drawn a good, bold drawing of Dick Tracy in a profile head and shoulders pose, adding an inscription and his signature alongside.
