ROSTAND EDMOND: (1868-1918) French Poet and Dramatist of Cyrano de Bergerac. Vintage signed and inscribed 4 x 5.5 cabinet photograph by Rostand, the Reutlinger image depicting the French author seated, wearing his academic uniform, in a three quarter length pose. Signed and inscribed in bold black fountain pen ink, stating in French `A Madame Rita Jumel, don't les pins landais voisinent avec nos chênes basques, homage de bonne et profonde amitié.
