Sand´, one page, 8vo, 2nd June 1851, to Gabriel Falampin, Director of l'Illustration. Sand states `I have received the first half of the 1000f note. Send the rest.´; Alphonse de Lamartine (1790-1869) two pages, 8vo, 8th August 1848. Lamartine states `.. regarding Mr. Blanchet, distinguished painter and octogenarian residing at Chateaudun.. because of his age, his personal situation and his talent, he deserves all your attention..´; Pierre Loti (1850-1923) two pages, to a card, Rochefort, 25th December 1910, to Edmond Perrier.
