Five Books of the Torah - Printing of the Va'ad Hatzala for Holocaust Survivors, Munich, 1947
The Five Books of the Torah with the Haphtarot and the Five Megillot, Targum Onkelos and Rashi's commentary. Printed by the Committee to Publish Books, of the Va'ad Hatzala. Munich, 1947.
On the first page is a stamp: "A gift to the Israel Defense Forces from the American Va'ad Hatzala" (the words "American Vaad Hatzala are written in English), and a stamp: "Rabbi Naftali Baruch director of the Va'ad Hatzala Paris, the European Office", "Rabbi Aviezer Burstein director of the Va'ad Hatzala Germany".
The book has a special title page with colorful pictures of the Two Tablets of Stone, a Sefer Torah and Shabbat candlesticks.
Condition: Very Good. Tears on a number of pages, with no lack of text.
