Book of Psalms with the commentary Na'eh Le'Hodot in the manner of Parde"s by Rabbi Nissim Avraham Ashkenazi, native of Izmir (died in 1860), who was one of the city's great Rabbis and served as a Dayan together with Rabbi Chaim Palagi. He wrote many books, amongst them the Responsa Ma'aseh Avraham, the commentary "Nechmad Le'Mareh" on the Jerusalem Talmud, and more.

Also printed in the book is the work "Sefer Bikkurim", which includes the order of visiting the sick, Vidui and the departing of the soul, by Rabbi Chizkiya Mordechai ben Rabbi Shmuel Chaim Bashan, one of the scholars of Italy and the rabbi of the city of Verona.

On the back of the title page is ownership inscription and signature in pleasant Sephardi writing.
