Sokolov Alexey (1912-2004)
Painter. Graduated from the Moscow State Surikov Institute, studied with Osmerkin, Chernyshev, Korin, Chuikov. Member of the Union of Artists since 1951. Painting by Alexei Sokolov was called "the music of flowers". Personal exhibitions took place in Moscow and other cities of Russia, as well as abroad. Works are in museums, galleries, private collections in Russia, CIS countries, USA, France, Germany, Japan, Italy.
