Letter on matters of Gittin handwritten entirely by the Holy Rav Rabbi Menachem Nachum of Leviev-Myropil, also known as 'Rabbi Nachumche Levier Myropiler', one of the greatest Tzaddikim of America before World War II, in which he sharply protests to the Geonim Rabbi Yosef Eliyahu Henkin and Rabbi Yisroel Rosenberg the heads and leaders of 'Ezras Torah' against a fictive Beis Din in one of the cities of the USA which recommends that Agunos come to the Beis Din and for a fee, will be given a Gett by the secretaries of the Beis Din themselves, contrary to the Halacha of course.

The Holy Rav Rabbi Menachem Nachum of Leviev Myropil [ca. 1895-1973] also known as 'Rabbi Nachumche Levier Myropiler' one of the first greatest Chassidim in the USA. The son-in-law of the Holy Rav Rabbi Avraham David of Myropil Vohlin, of the Kaminka dynasty. Was renowned for his war for religion and for bringing every Jew of Boston, where he lived and acted after his immigration from Ukraine to the USA, closer to Judaism.
